Terms of Use

1. The service

Scale Social (post.scaleus.in) is a social media management platform for creating, scheduling and publishing content to social networks you connect, including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and LinkedIn pages, with optional AI-assisted content and image generation. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Business accounts confirm that the person accepting these Terms is authorised to bind the business.

3. Connected social platforms

Connecting a Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account uses each platform's official login. You must comply with the terms of those platforms, including the Meta Platform Terms, Facebook Community Standards, Instagram Terms of Use and LinkedIn User Agreement. We are not affiliated with Meta or LinkedIn, and they may change or restrict API functionality at any time; we are not liable for such changes. You may disconnect any channel at any time, which removes its access tokens from our systems.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing; to send spam; to violate platform policies; to make misleading health, financial or legal claims; or to interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service (including publishing it to the channels you select). You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including AI-generated content, which you must review before publishing.

6. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance in INR (or local equivalent where shown). AI features consume plan credits as displayed in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice effective from your next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts depend on third-party APIs and we do not guarantee that every post will publish at the exact scheduled time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or actions taken by social platforms against your accounts.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see data deletion instructions). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Questions: contact@scaleus.in, +91 94257 99077.
