Data Deletion Instructions

Scale Social (post.scaleus.in) respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete your data, including any data we received from Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn when you connected your accounts.

Option 1 — Disconnect a social account (removes its data)

1. Log in at post.scaleus.in/login.
2. Go to Channels in the left menu.
3. Click the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn page and choose Disconnect / Remove.
4. All access tokens and platform data for that channel are deleted from our systems.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account and all data

1. Log in and go to Settings → Security.
2. Use the account deletion option, or
3. Email us at contact@scaleus.in from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your account, connected channel tokens, posts, media and analytics within 30 days and confirm by email.

Option 3 — Remove the app from Facebook

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Scale Social and click Remove.
3. This revokes our access immediately. You may additionally use Option 1 or 2 above to erase data already stored with us.
